Noice!

Are all the plastic parts new? They look so black & shiney!

Hi Dan,

No some of the plastics are new.

New fitted are,

Front bulk head.
Rear bulk head.
Driveshafts.
Transmission case.
Hinge pin blocks.
Shock towers front/rear carbon.
Hinge pins
Rear shock bodies.
Front hinge pin brace.

Think thats it Dan. I clean all my plastics with Pledge, pre-wash with washing up liquid warm not hot then pledge them.

Hi all,

Just had to put this up. My race buggy is a Tamiya 201 Vega Gen3 I have just put the Cougar 2 Team against the Gen3 and its nearly as long. If I was to put Cougar front wishbones on I think it would be longer.

I find this very interesting as the Cougar is 1991 where as the Gen3 is 2013 I just would not of thought that the Cougar 2 was so long. This said the original Cougar would be longer

Ok then guys,

The Cougar 2 TEAM is almost complete bar the alloy rollers. I have had fond memories with the rebuild of the cougar and Chrissy C its your fault....

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me bring this little cougar TEAM back to mint condition.

RichyUK for chassis works.
Steve_Haskins for body shell and wing.
Northy for the wheels and new parts.
Chrissy C for parts.

And I think thats it................ hold on a min.

A BIG THANK YOU to my brother Carlton ( MOOZO) For his help with all my bits

So thanks guys for all your help with this little rebuild.

Just waiting on the other little Cougar to turn up this week before I do it all again.

Carlton, Carlton , Carlton are you there I need

Thanks Guys.

It is carbon chassis with the holes drilled for the Works transmission.
Custom made frontshocktower (Fibrelyte got the files).
