Mine has been built for the last 5 days , sleep wasn't at all important during the build.

Haven't run it yet though

Well mine is 80% built lol......

Spent most evening building the car.

Just got shocks, turnbuckles, radio gear etc to fit thats it.

Build quality is brilliant very impressed.
No filing or having to make any mods to get things to fit.

Just go to wait for my speedo & motor now.
Decided to get the Tekin RS system, seems very good fromwhat i have seen & it's small

Adam what weights are you using on the car?
I will be running Lipos, just for setup on the car.

Thanks

Gents, was wondering if anyone encountered this problem when building the front plastic bulkhead. On the part where you secure the bulkhead to the chassis, there seem to be weak spots at the area which the 4 screws thread into the plastic bulkhead. After securing the 4 screws, it was pretty obvious that a faint crack line has formed at the area i mentioned. If you look at the bulkhead from the front, you could actually see that the area is slightly 'recessed' for the front arms to fit but in fact, has made that area 'weaker'. Am i building it wrong? Will post pics later........

It's normal. All have this problem. My friend told me he already asked team durango about this and they said it's ok.

Personally, I've not run the weights yet as I didn't have them until the weekend. Craig was the first person to run them on the car and instantly noticed a big improvement.
TBH: It's probably what I've been looking for, a little more weight over the rear. I'd certainly get some after my experiences with the D4 without weight.

......and the bulkheads.
That's how they are to get the correct Geometry.

We've crash tested the car plenty, if you break the bulkheads there, that'll be the least of your worries
