Default Lipo feeling Numb

Hi guys

My lipo used to run well for 4 races, however just recently it's started feeling really sluggish after two races. I assume after 2 years its startin to go off the boil. However when I charge it, it's only used 2000 ish of its 5800 capacity.

Any idea if its just dying, or can I cycle it or anything to give it a bit of life.

Oh additional info, it's always balanced charged although the last time it never actually balanced.. It just times out making micro little charges.

Cheers

Sounds like there's a cell starting to go bad, Taking longer to balance is a good sign of this. Otherwise if your charger shows internal resistance measurements, this would confirm what cell it is.
There's no way to bring a lipo pack back up to a fresh state.
2Years use isn't that bad
You can cut the pack open and make a new less cell battery, but it's not worth it, unless you have another pack that's in the same situ and make one battery out of the two packs.

Cheers for that,

Its fine for two races (it would normally last 4) so maybe its time to have it as a spare

keep an eye on the charge voltage as some chargers will let the bad cell over charge.
