Yes I know about the U section, I figured it wont be needed because the ZX uses a captured system. But I can get it done for your set. For mine I will leave it.
Ok i believe you have a zero degree LA27 which would explain why no angle.

Itwasnt that actually, I recognized your mugshot from an issue of a RC car magazine that someone posted a while back, I think featuring Dan's CAT XLS.

Wishbones, what I meant was the pivot pin holder had a little u section which was for an adaptor to bolt the wishobone to the pivot pin meaning it would not move or have slop due to that and is what I currently use. I will post a picture so you understand.
James have you got a picture of what you are describing in the above post?

Dan,

Not to hand but look at your zxs wishbone and you will see the silver circular chunky adaptor with grub screw on the pivot pole going through the wishbone. That sits in the U shape on the wishnone and what i designed into my ZXRS

Default ZX-S parts.

Just so you know LA-107 and LA-112 have now gone the way of the dodo.
Chris in the US has now sold out and Kyosho USA, SWE, JP and UK don't have any.
Really glad I got em in.
Even harder to build an S now.
Ironically, Kyosho SWE have plenty of LAW-12's left.

I've bought an LAW-12 to use for my open gearbox carbon tub shelfer project

I wouldn't mind a second S in box art but I don't have a big enough shelf for everything and I'm happy with the one I have, it just needs some more blue anodised pieces which I am working on now

My 0 degree caster C hubs with ball bearings are ready.

Designed to be used with standard ZX-5 Knuckles LA-219-4 or LA-219-7, and with use of original kingpins. However because
the height of the C hub is much higher than LA-27, the LA 245 CVD bone will interfere with the gear diff bevel gear output shaft, so you need to shim the CVD on the outside, not the inside. This will push the CVD out and it wont interfere with the bevel gear output shaft.

Nice, problem is the wider front end just fits in the box but spacing out on the outside would or could mean the car may not be legit on the track. Just a thought anyway.

I dont know. I got them back then when i bought my mid back in 1990. I beleive they are made by cross racing. I deduce that from rc10talk forums where i saw a guy mentioned it was made by cross.
