Default New indoor facility in east midlands

Thought I'd post this here, hope it's the right place!

I went to the grand opening of a new indoor carpet racing facility near Castle Donnington, Derbyshire a couple of weekends ago and made this video.

Apparently there are plans to build an off-road circuit right next door too!

Fantastic looking venue - hope it does well!

This track matches the quality of the Indoor Euros track and ETS indoor tracks, gota be one of the best if the the best in the UK, i like how the track marking is done out. Maybe ill make it up when im over the water with you's in England this summer

Popped down the other week too. Its permanant, a good size with on site shop, cafe etc. Without doubt a world class venue.

Hopfully an off road track will come soon, if this is done then it would be the dogs.

know what you mean / has the place got heating or not?

my old club's indoor venue was a warehouse and if the heating wasn't on it was BLOODY FREEZING

Still Stocksbridge indoor sports hall isn't overly warm either until about midday this time of year

They got the keys to the place in February, and by the end of the month they had a fully operational venue! Heating is on the way but it's gonna take time - in the meantime grab some of those hand warmers from Blacks or Millets!
