New Forum - Events Organiser

For anyone that has been wondering what the mad new forum is about; the idea was to gather together information from all series being run across the coming season.

I realise that in the run up to events and afterwards people like to discuss who is going, track info, what tyres to use, etc, which is still cool to do in the main forum. Hopefully a lot of this information can be collected in one place which is easily accessible, this is why the threads posted in the events organiser are closed for discussion.

Ultimately this should form a track database and help to promote the tracks which may not other wise get mentioned.

As the forum is still being developed I appreciate everyones patience as the theme and layout may change while I experiment with what works best. Any suggestions and ideas are welcome

Its a cool idea its nice to have a calander style forum for events it saves everyone asking "where can i race this weekend?"

Awesome idea - think you should (if not already) include details of how to book in (e-mail address / url etc).

Like it though, just what it needs as loads of people seem to be posting up on various forums asking where they can race this coming weekend etc.

It's still nice to have the discussion on the forums of where people are racing, or where they have raced, I was hoping that the organiser will draw attention to those events that may not be well known.

Going to work on the further information... wasn't quite sure how to organise it all, but to begin with decided that just posting dates of planned events was a good starting place, then add to that later on.

i agree tis a cool idea! Nice work, at least now we can all see what is happening and when a little easier!
