it is pretty hard to recommend a car for that price as a RTR....

out of all the kits and you want to race I would look out for a losi 8 2.0 rtr

I know there is new kits out there but I really can not comment on build quality at all

sworks has a kit out and from what I have seen performs well and seems to be plenty of option parts around and spares... as this is also from answer rc there should always be spares around and advice for setup etc..

if your budget was higher... I would say get a rc8.2 but you do nto have enough funds

I think we also need to wait for others to comment

Can't argue with this, bargain price for a brilliant competitive buggy.

You will just need radio gear, engine and wheels/tyres.

Good engine & pipe combo.

Lets see

If your budget is 400, lets see if we can spec a build for that price to get a better setup than a rtr

EDIT:

that what duopkik said is pretty good.

then go onto maxbashing and get a good second hand radio and servos

if you got radio gear spend the rest on servos

DONE
