Default Racing Sunday 23th May 2010

Great weekends racing last weekend, with superb work from various club members on the Saturday.

Anyone aware of Tony and Cam`s coming back racing soon?

By the way 25 degrees this weekend. Nice and dry.

Going to tickle both cars for a shake down for the following weekend, the sv pulley pin issue was a shame, credit to Phil Booth for sorting everything out.

The SV needs a little more setting up with roll centres and stuff, but nearly there, with the weather being good for Sunday, the times will def improve. Simon you should achieve a 13 with the sx, just need to put the right tyre on the front, if u know what I mean.

Cheers for starting the thread

checked mine and all good.

Hope I candeliver this weekend. SX for me, SV I think is ok for the mo. Just need to change rest of the turnbuckles and change my gearing. May give the gearing a test and reset the slipper. Other than that 4wd I feel. It needs some attention as we can't have the SV having all the fun!

Steve doesn't the XX need a few cobwebs blowing of it

I think I will get thrashed in 4wd this weekend

Nice drive from Simon today, the Tamiya went really well. Nice to see Bob Cat there as well.

Also a blast from the past Chris Ellis, an A class driver many years ago.

Really tough conditions today with really being unforgiving, times really slowed down when the temp increased.

Great crowd today, thanks for a good meeting, just need an ICE COLD drinks next week to cool things down.

Yeah grea day losi in one piece still. Cheers bro for letting me use it. Looking forward to running b4 next week cheers mike, it felt good in the run at the end did. Im making big bottles of orange juice and sticking in freezer over for next week, that should keep it cold for most the day.
