Default x4te Diff.

Hi,

I've just finished building my x4te and found that the diff. screw lossens during use leaving me with no drive and when I've tightened the screw it's stripped the thread in the nut. Has any one else had this issue?

I'm considering an upgrade to the team c gear diff. if this keeps happening, has any one had any experience making this upgrade?

The o ring snags then unscrews..
Remove the rubber o ring from the diff screw and make sure you've put some moly grease on the thrust bearings. not any probs with mine since

What he just said. The small o rings move from their proper placement and allow the diff to unscrew itself. Ditch them.

Hi, check out the previous entries from Simon and Danny, they worked really hard in a short time on the X4TE with a lot of feedback including the diffs, above advice is spot on
