servo speed and motor

what is the best servo speed in a2wd 0.06,0.07or 0.08 and what motor 6.5 or 7.5 using lrp 5300 40c and orion 5400 45c lipo's

For the servo its all about speed + tourque.
Depending on your track (Indoors 7.5 or out 6.5) And both of those lipo's will be fine
