Couple of things, any reason your running in Sensored mode?? car must be really hard to drive in that mode?

How many LED's are showing on the temperature indicator?

The temp lights that flash on the speedo after a run.

Are they referring to the speedo temp or the motor?

Mine are usually 4 after a 5 min run + a couple of warmup laps and 6 lights when we did a 7 min final. Indoors, small track, 7.5 motor.

Default set up and more info?

i have just got a Rs pro for my Losi 22, what set ups would you guys recommend, im running a Novak ballistic 10.5! what setting should i go for? should i run turbo? and how do i identify the temp light as i have not got instructions. any other info would be really helpful.... as some touring car drivers i race with say it like trying to drive with an on/off switch.... Last speedo was a Speed passion GT 2.0

What size track, track surface, as that will determine if dual or sensored mode is better.

6,5, use the dual mode I posted above, for 13.5, check on the team setups on the Tekin Website.

You wont need a fan in a 2wd, we are running them in 4wd Durango's without a fan and all is fine

I don't run a fan in my 22 running a 10.5 and it barely registers any internal heat.

Mines a small track so I run it in dual mode, but if it is a big track, 10.5 you may want to run it in Sensored if you find Dual mode a little soft.

Hey guys, I just picked up a redline 7.5T motor and can't find anywhere info on the stock timing setting of the motor endbell. I can see the graduations on the can (degrees), but don't know the reference point used to read the setting (is it the little groove in the plastic endbell?).

Just trying get the right info before I start playing with internal settings in the ESC.

Cheers!

there should be a gradient on the can and a 'pip' on the plastic moulding, if your not sure, slacken of a little the three countersunk screws, twist clockwise till it stops, thats 0', twist it anti-clockwise, thats 24', in the middle is 12' which is stock setting for a Redline.

I can,t find any suggested gearing on the Tekin website. i'm going to be running 4WD Buggy (Yokomo Bmax4) with a 7.5T in it. What final drive ratio would you guys suggest for a starting point with no added timing? I'm going to be running on dirt, so obviously I will only take that as a starting point and will check temperature as I go along. But I need a starting point for my trials...

Thanks for any input on this!
