Default Mazda 6 2006 Diesel Chain or belt?

Hi All,

Im getting mixed answers from garages, some say it has belt, some say chain.

I have a Mazda 6 2.0 Diesel 2006. Does this car have a timing belt or chain?

Many Thanks

Definately belt, and when you change the belt check for noisey tensioner..common fault.
