Default kifopaint why will you not deliver ?

I hate to do this.

but whats up with kifopaint ??

21-1-2012 I bought and paid for a hoody at kifopaint
2-2-2012 I emailed with the question if everything was ok because I havent heard anything
5-2-2012 I emailed again because I still havent heard anything
11-2-2012 I emailed again because I still havent heard anything of kifopaint
11-2-2012 finaly a first reaction. saying that the hoody is in the mail.
23-2-2012 I emailed him again to let him know I still havent received my hoody
28-2-2012 I emaild kifopaint again because I still have not received the hoody.

as of today 3-3-2012 still no hoody received, still no reaction from Kifopaint.

Why is it so hard for kifopaint to keep in contact with customers?

I emailed Keith through keith@kifopaint.com and orders@kifopaint.com.

Is this normal buisness? not to keep in contact with customers and keep them waiting for many weeks ?

what should I do ?

I got some shells and stickers attending too, he was fully booked around February 15th and he told me he needed to get out of town from February 18th to March 3rd so I guess he will come back to you soon.

He's always very busy but he always deliver awesome stuff.

He sure must be a busy man. but that is not an excuse not to keep your customers updated.

Think he may have created an out of control monster, very easy when you work for yourself, It's one thing to be very good at what you do,quite another to run a smooth buisness doing it.

I have never had anything but good service from Keith, he makes custom products so I expect to have to wait a bit longer than something off the shelf..

Not sure a public forums is the place for this though...

Hi guys, a friend alerted me to this, I have literally just walked in my house after travelling for 12 hours from laax switzerland, a tiny village, with zero wifi avaliable to me, let me catch my breath and i will send you a tracking number, i sent out all orders I received before I left so I would imagine it is a postal failure, give me 20 minutes and i will get on the case and get your postal receipt.

Hello keith.

welcome back.

I do not know wich local sorting office.
the mailman delivers at my door, and when Im not at home he leaves me a note wich will say he will be back the next day.
When I am not at home the next day, the postman leaves again a note with the info where to get the item he tried to deliver ( local sorting office )
I have no note, mailman did not leave me a note, So I have no idea that he tried to deliver. And with no note I do not know where I might pick up the item.

edit: on what website do I use the trackingnumber? wich postal delivery compagny is used here in the netherlands ?
we have several.

The tracking information seems to say your local post office is closed, this is where i would check, there is little I can do from this end but I will go to my post office on monday and see what they advise me to do.

If the package cannot be delivered to your post office, your postman will not have anything to deliver. This is new to me too but I will get to the bottom of it.

If it is Royal Mail, it will be at your local sorting office and not your post office. If you check online and call their customer service number on there, they will tell you exactly where it is.

You can't always rely on the postie to be so helpful though.

If I need to pick it up at the postoffice, that it has to be TNT postal services that tried to deliver, can you confirm that?

if it is DHL, that I do not know, I do not know on what adress I can pickup packages that DHL tried to deliver.

or is it postNL who tried to deliver.

It was sent royal mail at this end, I do not know which company this would transfer to in your country. The package is insured for the relevant amount so if it is lost I can claim for it and send a new one, I will know more on monday when i have visited the post office it was sent from.

OFFICE CLOSEDNETHERLANDS

i believe this is the issue, but it is the first time i have seen this.

Hi,

I had a similar odd issue when I sent something to the Netherlands previous and then a month later it arrived back with me in the UK.

hello Dan.

I thought so..

this is what I get of the site from royal mail.

A delivery was attempted for your item with reference RJ46*****7GB in NETHERLANDS before 15:20 on 20/02/12.
If redelivery or collection is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the UK

I have sent lots there before without issue, I will send via a different company if it comes back to me.
