does anyone know.......rob sworder?...lives hampshipe area...sold some stuff on ebay and posted shedloads of stuff ans his stuff "still not arrived"

anyone know of him?

Otherwise, I've had this before with an eBayer, open a complaint - it's not great but you can get some money back and get unscrupulous eBayers booted off.

its not that i haven't recieved stuff...its stuff that i have sent and not arrived....or has it if you know what i mean.

you should always send recorded and at least someone has to sign for it at that end and you are covered up to a set amount for insurence

Recorded gives you no more insurance than normal post, what it does do is create a 'trail' to give proof of delivery.

it is but i am in canada and all paperwork back in uk so cannot find info as yet.
