Otherwise, I've had this before with an eBayer, open a complaint - it's not great but you can get some money back and get unscrupulous eBayers booted off. |

its not that i haven't recieved stuff...its stuff that i have sent and not arrived....or has it if you know what i mean.

you should always send recorded and at least someone has to sign for it at that end and you are covered up to a set amount for insurence

Recorded gives you no more insurance than normal post, what it does do is create a 'trail' to give proof of delivery.
