I had one and sold it because I didn't like the way it worked. Obviously it's a cool idea to peak each cell individually, but then I'd have liked it to work better.
The heatsink heats the case to the point where the left 2-3 cells peak on temperature alone because they are being heated from the outside.
The cell pickups are way too wimpy to be sending 5-6 amps through.
Voltage pickups serve as measuring points for voltage and peak, which does not give acurate readings IMHO
Doesn't charge lipo and updates have become very(!) rare.
Motor run-in feature next to useless too.

I really found it a shame because I liked the idea a lot but the actual charger was a massive disappointment for the price!

Great idea but in real life it just doesen't work. Save your money and wait for LiPos next year...

If you like being frustrated I can higly recommend it

I use the ICC, cost me £150 from the states and I think it one of the best NImh chargers out there, the most recent ICC has better cooling fans on it to stop the two left cells heating, I use a small computer fan to cool the heatsinks to stop this.

What its good at is bouncing back dead cells in a pack due to the way it charges and the figures it puts into the cells when you have cycled them a few times is amazing!

It also stops killing cells, normally when charging with my much more you normally find the third or fourth cell will die as your charging in series!

Blue Fans times 4

Also does ni-cd's if anyone still has some either in the tray or on the external leads. You just need to configure it

40x40x10

google for Akasa AK-160 BL-S 40mm Blue LED Fan if you want blue

I think mine worked out about £18, but £6 of that was minimum postage

Cable Tie'd together and just sat on the heat sink. Cable Tie heads keep it a snug fit on the heat sink fins

powered from 12v supply
