Does anyone know a good setup for the 22-4 and 22-3 that will be good for Worksop indoor track. Thanks for any help.

Yes I saw his cars they looked a lot better than mine. Are there any setup sheets online anywhere?

I used to different setups. The easiest to drive was the one with mini pin 2 rear and mini pin 1 front so I have posted that. My other setup was faster but the car was very unpredictable so I will be working on that.

Go with this attached setup but drop the front diff oil down to about 70. Also drop the ride height to 16mm front and rear. Don't worry about the 2wd Ali hub, I will be going back to standard hub, I was just testing it.

To a layman, what do some of the things on the setup sheet mean? Kick angle? VLA setting? I've bought a second hand one so not built it so maybe i need to read the instruction to fully understand the wording

Is worksop that weird running track surface like it used to be back in the day?

Which setup did you prefer for the 22 3.0?

The VLA thing is fairly new to me also, however this is explained in the manual.

Kick angle is just castor, depending what way its adjusted it changes your exit and entry steering.

I've got a setup for both the laydown and the standup 3 gear 22 3.0, and yes, worksop is still that weird surface.
