You can use the outdrives of the X2C.
They are more expensive, but are a lot better |

+1 on the x2c outdrives, I have a set, but they were costly

Make sure that you limit the uptravel of the shocks. Otherwise the CVD will hit the outdrive resulting in premature wear. I even had it with my X2C.

RAT http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ANSMANN-MA...#ht_500wt_1033 MONKEY http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ANSMANN-MA...#ht_500wt_1033 i think they wear when the CVD isnt "flat" with the outdrive... adjust it with ride height

I thought that mad rat/monkey and x2c outdrives from the box are all the same. My x2c and rat out drives are identical and came in an identically marked Packet.
Could be wrong but they look the same,is there an option part?

Well there are two types. The original ones are fully round and the ones that that came with my X2c have a flat in them, supposed to be lighter than the originals.
Most people are finding that the ones with the flat in them wear better than the original style ones. Personally I have found it is the other way round Luck of the draw I guess.

Have had that thought, what size bearings are you using? as the B4 outdrives are imperial and the gearbox caseing is metric

I just machined the casings out to use the standard b4 bearings. Alternatively, but I have not tried this. Is to use b4.1 outdrives as they are 10mm and should fit in the standard Ansmann bearings.
