Is it a specific key?

Have you ever used msconfig to stop a process starting?

k, seems like somits starting, goto start > run and then type msconfig. Goto the startup tab and look at the names of the files. Run them through google, to see if they are needed or not and see what happens.

There will be a process prolly called rediret.ocs. Failing that, it could be some malware in which case, run an app called malware bytes and that should clear it.

Have you tried unregistering it?

i.e. go to start > run and copy and paste this

regsvr32 /u redirect.ocx
