It appears there is some confusion out there, so let me describe how it works for U.K. customers: Lesro has the exclusive right to import X Factory products into U.K. and distribute them to model shops. Lesro also sells X Factory products at retail. Lesro stocks just about everything we make.

If you order from us and we believe Lesro can fill your entire order, we forward the order to them. You pay no extra money and get your stuph faster.

If you place an order with us that includes things Lesro does not stocki, we ship the entire order direct so there's no confusion on what's coming from us and what's from Lesro.

When we receive an order from U.K., we always send an E-mail indicating how the order is being handled.

You are encouraged to see Lesro direct for excellent hands-on service and knowledge. They race our cars actively and usually have what you want in stock for instant delivery.

We are now shipping every order we receive ourselves, no matter where it comes from.

Lesro continues to have fine stocks of X Factory products, and if they've got it in stock you'll get it far faster from them.

But we are now shipping every order placed through our web sites. No more confusion for anybody.
