Dan, its a bit confusing but read the zxr manual and need to buy all items specified, think 3 items including the two you listed but im possibly wrong. Unsure on mis but again worth checking out the manual

Mate, you wont believe what ive had to go through to find my only proto type white zx spur gear that RW made me. Ive got it and pics on way to you now. Im in need of a gearbox casing, rear section more than front section if youve a used one. Ive just fitted second 3d print printed knuckles and superb. Slight mod needed by extending the vein on top and bottom of steering arm section to stop flex (kyosho made ones have zero flex, 3d have fractional so making a mod to that to stop it and as long as a kimbrough servo savers used and the small x factory nyloc nuts are perfect.

Ok, ive had a second version made with fractionally smaller nut holes and is spot on, however noticed a fractional flex on the flat steering linkage section so done one last tweek and have lengthened the vein section on the top and bottom so come much closer to the ball joint hole on the flat section and doing this should stop flex so first steps complete now awaiting third 3d prints to be made and will post pictures. Also can get a 3d print in alloy as well so may get as well.

Well first option was to countersink the inner king pin section of the knuckle but turned out that I would have had issues in fitting it and wouldnt be worthwhile so was a no go for that. Then the other was a hex nut hole cut into the same area with enough dop to get a slim nut in on both sections to use a nyloc nut instead and meant a much easier to maintain. Ok so its got designed on 3d and ive had a 3d version made and sent here, I havent tested it yet but the nuts fit in nicelye and think it may go together with enough room for a free moving Uj.

First piccy is the 3D picture, second is showing the hex nut hole cut out in the inner section of the knuckle and thrid picture is the nut in place. As always give me your throughts on this. Next is to tyr an dget an alloy paid made and also will try to get a mold made so we can get it made out of plastic for a good test

Can someone point me in the direction of what wheels I can use on my ZXR, planning on doing some retro races this year so dug the old girl out of storage, the offset on the wheels is a lot different to the ZX6 so need some advice please.

Also the belts are looking a little hard, do Kyosho still make replacements?

I use wheels from an FTX Vantage , the offset is spot on.
Belts not sure if you can still get them at kyosho , I have always got kyosho ones off ebay,I did try some from a local supplier and they snapped.

Team C wheels are what i use, unsure on part numbers. Belts a german company does them but forgot their name, on ebay but also worth searching this thread

For the diff with the separate diff washers and friction plates I have seen some with silver washers and others with black, which ones belong on which car?

He used a custom length and made a printed pulley. So I guess he knows the mid belt details well
