Default Low profile servo needed for dex210?

Hi guys
Would I need a low profile servo? Pics would be appreciated from 210 owners as the room looks a bit tight for capacitors etc. apologies for a repost as I'm on the forum via iPhone screen! Anyway, it's an excuse to see more of the lovely pics out there !!!

Thanks

Absolutely 100% not needed. Have a look through the "Show us ya..." thread.

It's not needed, but its a good idea to have one!

It allows you to move the battery's around more.

Except with a bigger, heavier servo you don't need to move the battery forwards in the first place!

I've just taken my lpf out and fitted a full size servo, plenty of room and a bit more weight up front which I think it needed.

I am running a full size savox in my dex210 and there's still plenty room.

I see no need for a low profile one unless you personally wanted to fit one.

If you run a large speedo (eg Speed Passion), you may have difficulty fitting a large capacitor bank as well. I had this problem and had to use the capacitor from my old LRP in order to get everything in nice and tidy.

Not sure a low profile servo would have helped me much though. I think they are mainly used by the Team drivers when they want to push the battery further forward. I would say you would be fine with a standard size servo, unless you already have a low profile one you are planning to reuse.
