Good news, I got an email from paypal regarding the dispute I had raised about my transaction with hypercraig. They have found in my favour and will refund me my money. I hope everyone else is successful with their claims too. Just need to be a little bit more vigilant the next time.

Surely if you had any brains and you wanted to scam people you would ask to be paid by gift so people cant claim it all back!

I would never pay by gift Al, this case just goes to show it's worthwhile paying the fees so you are protected.

User "HighRevz" also seems to have been at this. Anyone who has had any dealings with the above should open a paypal dispute immediately and contact the police with any details you have available.

Wrong mate,PayPal have paid you not him if he's clever as soon as any money hits his PayPal account he will have sent it to another account or bought goods with it. So PayPal pay you and put his account into negative balance ie if it was £50 his account will be -£50. But PayPal will set the bailiffs on hi arse!!!!!!!
Hope this scumbag is taught a lesson of a huge angry man Good luck lads Buds |
