Team Azarashi "Erithus" has been released. Will be available soon (early mid November) at your Azarashi dealer. (In the UK that's DMS and X-Factory UK Dealers..)
I'll (see sig) be taking in a couple as well. But for the UK guys out there ordering at DMS would be easier.

Sorry but I think that body is just ugly. Im one of the few people that are for the cab foward designs.

I kinda like it. I miss non cab-forward bodies, even though I like cab-forward as well.

Most bodies can look great with a decent paint job; sometimes you just need to get used to it. When the Bulldogs were released, I thought what a f*ugly shell, but now I like them and hope there'll be one for the MR in the not too distant future.
For now, I am without a buggy and will 17.5 turn race short course with the other guys in my club - unfortunately, there are hardly any buggy drivers left. My son, however, found the MR much to his liking, and is getting better and better, at the age of ten possibly already better than me. He will need a mid-motor shell to match my one-race-old RM Finnisher. Well, I've always liked Azarashi, and my son has got no choice! |

For dirty low traction tracks, which is better (rear motor)?
Standard size lipos and esc on top Shorty size lipos and esc behind the lipo |

I've not run the bmax 2 as a rear motor, but on dirt/clay I much prefer my b4.1 with a shorty and esc mounted in the space behind, than with a full length stick pack. I'd go shorty myself.

Did play around last night on my local indoor track. We were allowed to use traction additives. I just put on some old (pretty) worn out Nanobytes, car was great, despite the lack of on-power steering.
I just need to setup the car for a little bit more on-power steering, probably I just need to loosen my slipper a bit. The car goes a little bit (too) wide. Off-power steering is great. Carbon parts held up great. Release is scheduled for begin November - as it looks now, I'm going to be busy with the B-Max4 release as well .

I actually preferred the shorty battery with the esc on the side or top. Depending on your track, you might want to run the shorty in the rearmost position.

Carbon parts (chassis and towers) are going to be produced asap (I've sent out the order).
Prices will be announced as soon as possible. They should be competing with other carbon parts making brands

I purchased a Hyperion saddle lipo yesterday only to find it does not fit my BMAX2. I cant close the battery holder after i put the lipo in... Is there any way i can make it fit?the dimension is 69mm x 46mm x 31mm

That lipo is oversized, not a fault with the car. 31mm height is too big, normally lipos are ~25mm high. Send it back and use regular sized packs.

Prices of the B-Max2 Carbon parts are here:
http://blog.rccss.nl/2013/11/busy-wr...re-the-prices/ €40.- for the chassis €10.- for the front tower €25.- for the rear Guess that's pretty reasonable.

Hi Guys
I have a BMax-2 MR running in mid motor (8.5t) configuration and stock set up apart from adding 3000wt oil to the rear diff. The issue I have is that it is impossible to put the power down with out it the car veering to the left or the right, coming out of a slow corner and accelerating is very difficult. One of the marshals said that it was because one of the rear tyres is ballooning before the other? I have tried the rear motor configuration and it still does the same thing. The track we run on is low traction, loamy dirt. Any suggestions would be great thanks. Cheers Brett |
