I thought the mix of carpet and floor was good.
I liked the challenge of the bumps on the race control corner that were voted off. Sorry to hear about the last Minute disaster - had no idea about this at the meeting. Better luck for next years national.

We checked everything was where it was left when we had confirmation we were hosting the meeting and there were 16 8x4 sheets
we intended to put in a banked curve plus several jumps but its all in the skip now its gonna a cost a few quid to replace it all I wasn't given the opportunity of speaking to the Drivers prior to Racing then it completely went out of my head Sorry
