Default DEX410 counter weight

As we know, the 410 tend to be more heavy to the left, due to the motor placement.
I made a weight to compencate most of it. It landed on 16g, not enough to balance it out completely, but as the 410 is quite heavy as it is, I don't want to add more weight.
I haven't tried it out, just want to motivate more to try it out
