Seen a couple on eBay with 4 holes that's say they are for cats but this has 2 any ideas? Pic isn't great but it says cat on the front

Looks like a cat 2000 to me as it has 2 screw holes

Measured my cat 2000 bumper, from centre of one hole to the other is 1.9cm
