Pit Mats 🤔
Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.
Just starting back up racing again after a few years off. I'm looking at getting a pit mat with the indents to stop screws and bits rolling onto the floor. I'm running a 1/10 electric buggy, has anyone got any recommendations on a good one at reasonable price? Any help is appreciated thanks Rich |

I have a JConcepts pit mat. Most good model shops have them in stock and they're around £12-£15.

+1 for the yoga Matt. It can also be rolled up and normally comes in a nice bag

I use a piece of bike turbo training materials. Effectively a yoga mat. Looks like the J concepts one.
Cost me £10 from Halfords but it's enough for 3 or 4 mats.

Ive used both yoga mats and Jconcepts, the ideal thing with the Jconcepts is they dont keep indentations - for example on my yoga mat at home i have a setup board, if i lift it the outline stays on it. whereas the jconcepts itl recover.
Either are great though! |
