Default SX3 tips?

I'm building mine today. Anyone know of anything to look out for during the build? I'm expecting it to build like the SX2 and cougar.

I'm half way through mine and I have to say so far it is a beautiful car to build. Keep getting interrupted by the wife and kids. Hence why it has taken 2 days so far oh and work gets in the way. I've just used a little hair Gel on all screws and lock tight where instructed. I can't wait to race it and paint the shell.

no hints tips or anything needed just build as per manual, in 20 odd years of building it has to be the nicest easiest build i have ever done, only thing we have added is the fab breaking system and the 7.5 degree caster blocks

Yeah, I'm with you Carl, it was a sweet build, just dropped together perfectly.

Why have you built it up with the old style wing mounts?

With the old mounts I rarely break a wing in a roll. The new ones are stiff and it'll eat wings I think.

Nice looking car Sime46.

Just noticed on your car it looks like you have used the old style rubber O ring wing mounts. Do you not like the new hard mount style thats in the SX3?
