Default Re-make Cougar 2 Works gear cover.

Hi all,

Just a question really. As some may know, the Cougar 2 Works came with a double lexan gear cover.

The Questions is,

Would anyone be interested in a remake of the gear cover, if so please share you interest on this thread as this may decide if its remade.

Thank you all........

Thomas (aka- BUGLE) has the repro molds for this set. He's here in Australia and owns and runs BUGLE BOY RACING.

Look him up

I'm interested! (I've just sent Steve an e'mail )

Its nice to have a supplier of these closer to home - i'm sure the 'Bugle' ones are perfectly good, but I did send a pm via RC10Talk some while ago but got no reponse & was unsure of any other way to contact him

Hi There

This is my first post, have been a bit of a watcher up until now looking for inspiration to pluck up the courage to start rebuilding my Cougar 2 works while trying to find all the new parts needed. The two recent threads have definitely made me realise what is possible. I have sourced a NIP purple chassis and good gearbox to build one for the shelf and hoping to put together another with the scuffed chassis I the car has originally. So if possible I would love to try and put my name down for one (or possibly two) of the gear cover set if that's ok. Will keep you all posted with my progress as my build takes place, just have to finish off my Procat and Astute first!!

May I echo that sentiment!

Please share photos with us when you get round to your rebuild - can't believe someone else has found a new 'Works' chassis!!!!

Finally got chance yesterday to have a good look at the new gear cover set and Cougar 2 bodies I have purchased from Steve and I just wanted to say how excellent the quality of these is. The mouldings are really crisp and the lexan seems a great quality. I must also say what a great service Steve offers. Many thanks and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Mark
