Default Proline holeshots?

The invernational will be the first time in years that i'v used proline tyres.
Question is do you use the standard insert that comes with them, or something else?

And are there any other tricks you have to do to them?

Cheers.

Standard insert will be absolutely fine.

You can buy closed cell inserts, AKA inserts etc but the difference is tiny, you'd have a job to tell which you were running.

What is important is to clean the inside of the tyre where you are going to glue it - dirt tyres have a residue of the release agent as they're so soft, just use brake cleaner..
