mounting the rear shocks on the back of the wishbone
As title says what does mounting the rear shocks to the back of wish bone do over haven them on the front...

Not sure if this is what your asking
Most people are after there shocks to work as liner as pos to minimize friction/stiction
On the c4's for example they added washers to achive this on the losi 22 the oriantation of the arms dictated this.... |

The main reason people move the shocks is to alter the handling. Often bump control is improved as is the grip on and off power. This is due to two factors. Firstly you are moving quite a significant weight about an inch or so back on the chassis (and from the front to the back of the diff). Also if you don't adjust for it, droop is reduced by about 1mm (depending on how much antisquat you are running. The more asq the more the droop reduction). This decreases weight transfer to nose on deceleration.
