Default Ordering from JConcepts

I placed an order for about £30-40 worth of spares 2 months ago on the 27th with JConcepts, before MK Racing starting stocking BJ4 parts. But nothings arrived yet . I mailed JC after the first month to make sure the items had been sent and there wasn't any problem. Allison replied straight back to say everything was fine and to wait a bit longer.

However another month on and there still not here, I mailed JC 3 days ago and had no reply and they never seem to be on AOL messenger when I am.

Has anyone else had to wait this long for stuff??

Simon

JC normally deliver to me maximum 2 weeks.. Email them from the website on high priority, explain the situation and Jason or Allison should help you out.

I'm unsure if there is a big US race on or not.. but Allison should be avaliable at least.

We will be sending a replacement order out tomorrow. Im on aim from 7-midnight EST in the US. Im sorry for the extreme delay, but at times there seems to be strained communications between our respective postal offices.

My apologies for the issues,

Andy Moore

No problem, its inevitable that some parcels will be lost during transit, I assumed that to be the case. Allison has been in touch, and of great help, to confirm my details and I've also had confirmation of postage by UPS.

Thats for the replies as well.
