Default Footy

Played football last night with the lads from work 5 a side for an hour. Played in Goal made a few good saves. Diving down is the easy bit getting back up after the shock of hitting the ground is harder.

Keep going Bondy, I've lost a couple of stone and it really makes you realise just how bad being overweight really is! Such an easy pit to fall into though.....I know it sounds a bit weird, but read this book, I know, I know.....but it really changed the way I look at food and meals, etc.

Great work they Bondy! Seems to be all the rage as Mat Perry has lost loads as well and looks great. My wife is always concerned about me as I really need to loose at least 3 stone but sitting driving my van and sitting in offices doing IT just gives me hardly any time for excercise. Only time I get that is when I am racing as I tend to be running round doing too many classes and marshalling

Default Method

Yes I met mat Perry at the neo.. I did not recognise him. Well done on him loosing all that weight but im not sure the way " Liquid shakes only " would be best for me ! I am prefering the old and safer method like the following

Breakfast

Lunch

And Dinner

Oh and the main thing plenty of this !!!

the hard thing is to keep it different or you get bored Found some low fat salad dressing which helps and the salad mix bags you can get for a £1 the chicken for £1.50 dressing £2 a bottle last all week. Pepsi 90 p Rice cakes pack £2 lasts all week. So each meal costs about £4
same as sandwhich crisp pop and chocolate !!!
