Function wise, I think the BX battery posts and straps do the job fine.
But it is always nice to have stuff that was specifically made for the car hehe

its actually a nice piece of kit.

Just installed mine.

The design allows one end to be held down while the other end have thumbscrews (3 piece setup with screw, button, and o ring).

Beefier posts than ones from the BX. Almost twice the width.

I'm sure you could drill new holes to suit but i know the bx and bmax have different holes for the battery straps.
