Default Yokomo B-max Spring chart

Does anyone have or know where to find a updated chart with all the yokomo big bore springs?

I only have the one on petit, and I have more B-max2/4 springs than the chart says...

I think the one on petit is so "messy", I'd like to have front and rear separate on a map.

Drives both cars.

Arne

You can build two separate charts, one for front springs, one for rear springs, with what is available on petit. However, some stiffness need confirmation as Yokomo hasn't released any spring rate, main release some springs are missing.

I can't understand why Yokomo don't have any better springchart, it's a total mess I think.

They should make seperate front and rear chart with update on the rates.

Now I understand why a lot of people are using other brand on the springs...

I've sacked off the Yokomo springs and use Associated at least they have ratings so you know what you're using.

I'm using mostly AE BB springs, but just trying out some borrowed Kyosho X Gear springs that Naoto and Lee are using. They seem very good, but expensive. rates are similar to AE however.

This is exactly why people don't use them.

According to the petitrc chart the rear purple springs have a spring rate of 3.30.
The main reason that nobody uses these very springs might be their spring rate, they are pretty stiff. On the 2WD car I never had to use stiffer springs than the blue ones in the rear. I even found the purples to be very stiff for an SCT with Pin Points on carpet.
People use the springs they see on other people's set-up sheets, which is so much easier than starting from zero. Yokomo's springs are neither better nor worse than other manufacturer's springs and come at a decent price. Blacks and purples are really stiff, but greens, oranges, red fronts and yellows should be sufficient for almost any track. I have yet to try my Avid RC spring sets, Yokomo blues, red fronts and yellow rears were all I really needed so far with the B-Max2 from loose dirt to high bite carpet.

Hi, I have almost a full set of Losi springs, which one's would be best suited/comparable to the A/E springs on the Bmax4 111.

I found losi and associated springs too soft on the bmax4. The softest yokomo springs are similar to the stifffest springs in them ranges.

Yep, I've so far settled on the AE BB Yellows, the stiffest.
Which yokomo springs are you running?
