Default XRS Indoor Set Up

Anyone run an XRS ( or X10 i suppose ) indoors yet.

If so do you have a rough base setting??

Im returning to racing after a few years off and it will be only my second offroad race ( last one was a 2wd regional about 4 years ago ).

What are people going to be running motor wise, im gonna have a 12 and 19 with me.

Is there also a general rule tyre wise ( Mini Pins, Spikes )

Sorry for all the questions

Ed

Mainly a mixture of polished floor and carpet then, apart from Teeside which is indoor astroturf.

To be honest you won't go far wrong with TTechs starting setup that you'll find on their website here:

http://ttechracing.com/downloads.html

I'll be at the regionals anyway, so come over and ask anything you want, I'll gladly help, I've been running a Pred for years.

Which is your local club?

My local club was i was racing tc was Louth, but ive been told that they are not running buggy classes anymore, so im not sure where is going to be best to join.

I think Batley and York are probably about as close as anything Buggy Wise..

Cheers

Ive just put a 12 x 1 Reedy Kr in.

Not sure how good its gonna be, only cost me £15 off ebay Brand New.

Ive also got a fan from an old CPU as most people seem to be running them to keep cool...Only thing is with it in place its nigh on impossible to get the motor in and out - any ideas??
