Default Roger Wood Memorial 2018 - Bury Metro

6th Annual Roger Wood Memorial Meeting - 23rd September 2018

Booking in is now open for the annual Roger Wood memorial meeting, which is to be held at Bury Metro Radio Car Club on Sunday 23rd September 2018.

Visit RC Sign Up to book in and pre pay - https://www.rcsignup.com/events/displayEvent.cfm?ID=6650

This year the event has again been supported by CML / Proline, the event will be controlled tyres for 2wd & 4wd classes only (Vintage and Trucks will be any tyre)

So the booking in fee of £12.50 per class for 2wd or 4wd will include a set of the following:- Rear only Proline Pyramin Z4 Compound. These tyres have been tested for a good few months now and we have found them to be very long wearing and good in all conditions, they will easily last a full days racing, they even last a few meetings!!

Drivers are to supply their own wheels and inserts, any fronts can be used.

Booking in / Fees Booking in is only through RC Sign Up, payment MUST be made upfront via paypal. 2wd or 4wd - £12.50 per class per driver (includes a set of rear Proline tyres RRP £11.50) Vintage or Trucks = £8.50 per class per driver 104 drivers max, 60 2wd, 20 4wd, 12 Vintage, 12 Trucks.

All profit from the event goes to a chosen charity of choice by the committee members, usually a dogs charity as that’s what Roger always wanted.

Prizes 1st Place in each final will get a trophy.

Instead of a big raffle this year we have decided to just have one big prize which will most likely be a kit from CML.

On the Day Gates open for competitors at 07.30am, you will be directed where to park / pit, please respect the committee members, cars to be unloaded then parked in the main car park and moved back if needed once all in.

We have not booked a Food van but will be taking orders from the local cafe.

Booking in opens 07.30am and closes 08.30am. Come and get your tyres nice and early.

Preliminary heat list available on display from 08.15am latest. Start of timed practice in preliminary heat order at 08.30am. Timed at 4 mins + quick turnaround. Drivers to marshal next heat. Practice finishes around 09.40am.

Lets get booked in!!!

Daz,

Can you send me the URL for this link please? We are aware this happens for some but not all that log in, which we are exploring with TC timing.

All, please ignore the full and continue to book in as normal. 👍

Darren

Thanks Daz.

I'm the same with the RWM. Think it's slow to update for some reason. Keep you PayPal email safe whilst we sort the gremlins pal. 👍
