After seeing a couple of the CATsx buggies running at my local club here in Queensland,Australia I knew i just had to have one. The car certainly looks like no other turning out some very sweet laps and once I got to see the chassis in the flesh I was just super impressed with the quality. I think Schumacher has taken a great leap forward with this car and it could be the start of some very big things to come. Antway here's some pics of my CATsx keeping to the same theme as my cougar2 works buggies.

Thanks Jas. I wanted to incorperate some of the 'purple' used on the chassis parts much like my Cougar2 'works' buggies. It may look a little on the 'gay' side but I can live with it.
Will you be out at Ippy this Saturday for some night racing?

Depends on the weather - though if I do go I'll only be running 2wd becasue I haven't got the Cat body done yet.

Are those tamiya wing mounts on your car?

Did you have to elongate the bottom hole to get them to fit?

Thanks Chris,I am a bit of a vintage Schuey nut!
Jas, yes they are 501X rear wing mounts. The pretty much go straight on. Im thinking about running the 501X wing also. So do you need someone to paint you up a bodyset then??

Nothing wrong with that mate, they have made some excellent cars right from the start.

Id love to get a Cat SX and keep it as a shelf queen. I should have done it with the one I am using - its kit #2 from production line!!!!

Schumacher have always made excellent race cars. I have a Cat XL, Cat XLS, 2x Procats, Detroit '91 WORLDS' Procat, Bosscat 'WORKS', Cat 2000, Cat 3000, 4x Topcat's,Cougar, Cougar2 'TEAM', 3x Cougar2 'WORKS', Cougar2000, Cougar XPC, Cougar95 Team, Storm2000 and a heap of spares across the board.
Raced an XLS back in the late 80's too. I love em!
