At the moment I'v heard its just a proto type product that the team are trying, they are using Losi xxx front shocks on it and a few modified bits.

Dont know if it will go into full production, worth giving Xtreme a call or e-mail about it

Losi shocks on the rear with a stand up shock tower is the only mod I know of.

team xtreme isn't the fastest at getting things done, i would love to have a pred running but its just hard to justify running a car that they wont update in a timely manner.. the current car is 4yrs old and the team drivers have done quite a few mods (that can be found here and on their website) but why the car hasn't been updated is beyond me.

How would you update it?
The design is proven.
And works fine as it is
Most efficient transmission etc
The stood up rear shocks are really not necessary and are being used to see if having a more convensional rear would be more appealing to customers

i think the pred run fast only in the uk track with grass....
but in very slippery track the pred is very difficult to drive, have little grip on rear.

Has anyone ever figured out why? Is it because it's so low, there's inadequate weight transfer?

I suppose a massive rear wing would help?

With the correct setup, the pred has absolutely no problems even with extremely bumpy loose dirt tracks with big jumps.

Never said I had update plans for the car, but I know the team drivers aren't running the car box stock, do you see my point? Your always quick to defend team xtreme, instead of understanding what is appealing to their customers you would rather lash out.. If there is any criticism in my post its all constructive. I would like to see see changes before I take the plunge to be one of only a handful of US customers who have actually seen the car. like faster response times from ppl other than yourself who actually are willing to listen and make changes the customers want, not trying to make it seem like everything the company does is gold and everyone else is crazy if they think otherwise.

But since you are asking me, I would redesign the chassis layout , the saddle layout has shown superior time and time again Or do something cool (layout wise) with the new short packs. ALSO the ability to use different wheels would be nice.. And an updated nose cone, since I always see different ones.. Ellis' was nice
