Unhappy Desktop PC PSU Fan

can they be bought seperate to the psu as the one in mine is rattling it's brains out

blew the dust out at work with comp air but it's not much better

can you not drop a little bearing oil in the bush of the fan?

pull the sticker off the fan and you should be able to then oil the bearing, i get spares like that from cpc.co.uk

A decent quality PSU is £70-£100 by itself, the bargain basement PSU's have a habit of taking your motherboard out when they go pop (which they do, a lot!).

so brass bushing, washers etc now have AE diff grease on them
