The obvious upgrades are.... Factory titanium turnbuckles with RPM rod ends.. So that turnbuckles don't bend ..pop off.... Then factory threaded shocks .so much better to set up..preferably V2...
Battery should be Lipo about 5000 mah.. Cheap Turnigy nano tech from Hobby king or expensive such as LRP or Reedy....but have a look on here, there are often some good second hand packs for sale..
Most important item is tyres..depending on what your intend racing or bashing..lots of advice on here..
Good luck... The B4.1 is a good car..

From memory the FT cars use the cvd drive shafts whereas the RTR use dog bone drive shafts and they have a blue aluminium front brace.

Obvious upgrades:

V2 threaded shocks or big bores.
Blue aluminum Front brace.
Titanium turnbuckles.

The 8mm chassis isnt really needed and carbon battery strap isnt much to rave about.

Try to steer clear of buying pointless blue shiny things on the rtr it can get expensive quickly.

Most important upgrade of any id say would be a set of CVD's!

I think that it makes a difference, and run one, but I wouldn't consider it a priority....the other sensible suggestions are, the blue front brace and cvds.
