Thumbs up Indoor Club day 02/10/11

Ok Guys this sunday is our first trip indoors as a club, So its back to the Star center mmm nice dry n warm time

Its going to be a more relaxed club day as we are using a slightly smaller area than usual and may need to work out a new carpet and track layout....
This means a basic track with a few small jumps not any of our larger features

As usual please leave your details here of pm me/ post on our club website

Time to dust off the touring car!

Very much looking forward to it- provided my foam tyres turn up! Otherwise it might get interesting on the old ones!

Lol no m8

rallycross = 10th saloon with off road tyres, raised suspension and arally inspired shell so they can go round the buggy style tracks as a kind of crossover class

cheers

I've only raced on minipins twice and I hated it. plus it starts to get expensive.

love the sound of the rallycross class. any ideas on numbers for that? I may well splash out on a rally equipped tt01 or similar if it looks like there'll be a heat for them!

Try racing indoors on mini-spikes, that will show you expensive. Pins last 3-4 meetings longer than spikes.

Very true Spencer, my old B4 was a fast machine with foams on, and they lasted all season too. Only downside is a pain to mount up and true.

yes your b4 was amazing on foams were did that grip come from , only downside to foams is they do not work on shinny non carpeted surfaces .
