Big Bores - leaking

Read through a couple of threads on this as i have one rear shock that is leaking slightly, losing 1/3 of its contents on a half dayer.

Its a pain and i would like to fix it, however what do i need to stand the best chance of sorting this once and for all ?? One of the team drivers mentioned some upgraded seals but i didn't make a note of it and i've now forgotten !

Seems its weeping the shock oil down the shaft onto the bottom cup.

Kinda disappointed for £42 to be honest.
