I think so anyway and with the new Tamiya around the corner...

People are just happy to see something else than that old B4

AE better step up and drop the B5

Hence why I'm keeping my B4. Add the fact that I might not get on with the Cougar

There will be loads of everything up for sale when the Cougar becomes available. Anyone wanting something else would be wise to wait for the Schumacher release and they should be able to grab a bargain or two from someone who's changing over

Only if the B4 stops winning... And with the drivers they have, I doubt it.... The only real heavy weight who isn't in their stables is Tebo... I have serious doubt the Cougar or Tamiya are going to dent their sales in the US... Still, I am happy to see new variety out there! For a club racer like me, variety is as important as performance on the track!!

The Schumacher and Tamiya cars appear to be nice pieces on the surface, but completely untested and unproven. The loads of lemmings running for something new because it's new will only serve to populate the second-hand market with relatively brand new cars when they can't get on like they had with their "old" B4s by this time next year.

The B4 is still the reigning multiple-time World Champ, and still winning consistently everywhere with proven parts and setups. If you like to be a guinea pig with the latest and greatest of everything, by all means, be my guest and spend the money on a new chassis. But please do let me know when you're ready to sell that lightly used SV or TRF with loads of spares for $.60 on the dollar in a few months.

The B4 is a great car, I have owned 2 just recently but everyone is driving it and in my opinion pretty boring. Like the challenge in something new and unproven and when people are familiar with the new cars the results will come. Take a lot of practice and hours to prefect a setup with a new car.

Cant stop the evolution and it is time for some new thinking and challenge the old and proven B4

When my Cougar arrives I'll be trying to learn as much as possibe, but for an easier day at my local club I'd get my B4 out. 2WD options for me for 2010 will be

Losi XXCR Kinwald
Associated B4
Schumacher Cougar SV
