RF PCD failure
Hi all,
Has anyone else suffered failure of their Futaba transmitter PCD? I purchased a Futaba 4GRS in 2018 and the PCB has gone. Is this normal for less than 2 yr old £300 transmitter?

In what way has it failed pal? No display? Dead totally? Not connected the battery reverse polarity? It's easy done with aftermarket LiFe and LiPos.
Never known one fail personally, there's not much to them so possibly a failed single component or a dry joint?

Might just be the RX has given up - try another one?
I know from mine that binding the SHFSS RXs was very hit and miss (R202 and R203) but the TFHSS ones like the R304 should be a breeze. Double check the protocol for the model in use as well, I've got a mixture of TFHSS and SFHSS RXs paired to mine.
