Default Lipo trouble

I tried installing my Team checkpoint lipo pack in my cat and found that the belt touches the center belt and pulley. What pack fits please?

I'm using the Robitronic 5000, 40c's. They fit fine.

I use the Nosram 5300 40C Cells, must admit when first put in the cells needed pushing down to ensure the locating lugs were correctly aligned with the holes in the chassis... But they 'bed in' after a while...

Make sure the LiPo is correctly seated.

I run an LRP lipo upside down so the lugs are at the top.

Works with no problem

Thanks for all the info, I have to say I'm a little discouraged with this lipo thing, getting the wire around to the esc wasn't a small task either. I have a degree in electo-technology (basically wireing and ic boards tech) and still had some trouble passing the wires through the belts without touching them. I hope Shumacher addressed these issues with the SX2.

Does anyone have the part number for the battery stays that hold the lipo from moving left to right.

I think what you are after is from Nortech - pm northy on oople about them.

If you have a LIPO with lugs on them, look at doing a chassis change? S1 or new SX2 chassis
