AGM of Ribble Valley Radio Car Control Club
In accordance with the Group’s constitution:
... NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Wednesday 2nd March 2016 - 7:30 @ The Poachers Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire PR5 6BA.
Nominations for the following Committee membership are invited in accordance with the constitution:
•Chair
•Honorary Secretary
•Treasurer
•Race Director
•Health & Safety Officer (current occupier of position has resigned)
•Track Designer
•General Committee Members x 3
•Webmaster
•GT12 Representative
•Buggy Representative
•Junior Representative
No changes to the constitution are currently proposed.

Please send nominations in writing to the Secretary in person or to RVRCCCSec@gmail.com prior to 19th February 2016.
