I haven't yet, but David Poulter did on smooth high grip astro recently and said it worked well. I have one built... just haven't had the chance to try it yet.

I think for the astro it would be good, as from my short time running the dex210, I found the gear diff to be better on astro and high grip surfaces, the ball diff when grip was low. Although saying that, I have yet to run my rb6 so I will reserve judgement till I do but it's good to have another option.

Question

Hi all

I'm trying it install my electrics in my rb6 with Orion speedo at rear, receiver just behind slim servo at the front and the speedo wire is just a tad too short to reach the receiver thro the side pod.

Has anyone else had this problem. If so any ideas to get round it please

Cheers........

I soldered a little bit more servo wire in the middle until I can get imull to lengthen the wire for me. And covered it in braiding with it run along the top on the side pod

Remember you can cut a new slot for exit of the wire out of the side slot at any point you wish - I did this to save the wire going all the way to the standard exit and then coming back again!!

I had the same issue, so widened up the entry and exits in the side guard, also cut the corner off the battery stop at the back so the wire exits the speedo and straight across into the sideguard, rather than having to go round a corner.
