Imo go for a cheap normal motor to start, better to drive a slow motor fast than a fast motor slow, as the fast motor wont keep the heat in it if u cant push it like it needs to be.

Get yourself a bag of airfilters, i change mine every heat an change the clutch bell bearings often, i never keep more more than 2 meetings an never have a problem.

Hope you have as much fun as i have an enjoy your new car im jealous
Thank you, I'd like to think I should be ok Driving a Nitro, I doing quite well at 1/10 electric but I guess it is a different beast. I keep getting told so many opinions from so many people it is hard to know what to do with regards to engines.

I'll let you know how I go when I've run it.

The engines are pretty easy to learn really
Just tag along with some people who have been doing nitro a while & you'll be fine

Dude, get that Argus one I sent you the link too, it's a good price and it comes with a pipe. I'd suggest an Engine heater too from John at RC Sure Start - Linky this should help with the running in process.

Just waiting for my Vega shell to arrive and I'm doing all 3 MP9 410V3 and the Vega ready for Petite. I might E-mail the drawn shells to you for an opinion before I start chucking the paint about.

If thats ok
