can anyone recommend a free download design program i can use for doing basics on like the sig you see on some people posts !!
paint's not quite cutting it for me

http://www.gimp.org/ - GIMP is like a free version of photoshop; its not quite as easy to use but just as powerful.

Defo use The Gimp...sounds dodgy but it's born out of open-source software, just like the Linux (Ubuntu) box I'm posting from now,.

This means it will often be (almost) cutting edge, will be updated often and best of all free and legal.

It will take a bit of getting used to...but what doesn't.

Loads of online help is available...and just like oOple the forums offer quick and sometimes instantaneous answers. Go for it....or just ask Rothers oOple Froot.
